River City Confectioners Association, an Omaha, Nebraska, cake club and non-profit organization, was started in 1992. It provides a club for individuals interested in promoting sugar art. The club is a great opportunity to share and network with others who share the same interest as you. Our club includes a wide variety of individuals who have all different skill levels. We have hobby decorators, shop owners, and professional cake decorators. Even though our club meeting are held in Omaha, we have several members that travel from surrounding communities to be apart of our club. We have many talented people in the club that are willing to share their expertise. Everyone who attends will benefit from the ideas shared.

Club Meetings
Meetings are held the second Sunday of each month at 1:30 pm. At our meetings, we have a short business meeting, tip of the month, demonstrations of the month, and refreshments.
